During registration we collect and store all of the information that you provide to the registration form, which may include your name, email address, company name, and other basic profile information.

During the live broadcast we will also track which session(s) you viewed, if you have signed-in to watch the broadcast. If you participate in any give-away events or complete any additional registration forms that information is stored as well.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How is your information used?

We use the information we collect from you in one of the following ways:

  1. To send you email

    The email address you provide during registration may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to the event as well as occasional news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

    If you join the mailing list, we will also send periodic newsletters and future event announcements.

  2. To create your attendee profile

    If you enabled a public profile during registration, we will display only the public profile information that we collected (e.g. your name, role, company, social URLs, profiles. etc.) to other signed-in registrants with public

Do we use cookies?

Yes. We use cookies to assist with user authentication and internal analytics.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Yes, in two very specific cases only:

  1. Your registration data may be shared with the third party sponsor(s) if you register for sponsored workshops. We provide notice of this during registration.
  2. Your registration data may be shared with the Leading sponsor(s) for the purpose of follow-up emails after the event.

Please note that once your personal data is shared with the sponsor, the sponsor's privacy policy, including information on how to opt-out in the future, will apply to your personal data

Outside of those two cases, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and not reuse it for any other purposes. We may also release your information if release is required to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
