Donata Stroink-Skillrud

Donata Stroink-Skillrud is an attorney licensed in Illinois and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. She serves as the President and Legal Engineer of Termageddon, LLC, a SaaS company that has created and maintained tens of thousands of Privacy Policies, keeping them current with changing laws.

Donata also holds several notable positions: she is the Chair of the American Bar Association's ePrivacy Committee, a member of the ABA's Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, and the ABA Representative to the United Nations. Additionally, she is a Fellow at the American Bar Foundation.
